The inside is a much different story. They are a retired couple in their sixties that spend a lot of time at their second home. My house has 6 kids of which 5 are boys, Brady Bunch style.&nbsp;This means a LOT more loads of laundry, dishwasher cycles, opening and closing of the refrigerator, freezer, and microwave doors along with just general wear and tear.&nbsp;If you are trying to make a value and lifespan judgment on appliances this should be part of the consideration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/tqf.blog.theqwikfix.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/photo-1630699293875-e56c25151c4b-1024x683.jpeg\" alt=\"Kitchens are often filled with multiple appliances. This is especially the case with higher-end appliances.\u00a0We often see older high-end homes that have older appliances, and they are still working just fine per the inspector.\u00a0These older appliances are generally more straightforward as well, making appliance repair services less expensive in a lot of cases.
